Stephanie's Feedback on 17-Day China Tour

All the sights, tours and cultural things we did were fantastic! I'm so glad we did the cooking class, which we loved! I'm so glad we got to visit people in their homes. We didn't have enough time in the Shanghai Museum, which was fantastic, but we had an extra day in Shanghai so we were able to get back there and spend more time.

I want to thank you for planning such a fantastic trip for us. Everything worked out really well; I couldn't have asked for better. I have been telling all my friends at home that they should use China Highlights if they ever get to China.

Every tour guide and driver showed up on time. They were flexible enough so that if we wanted to add or subtract something, we could. If the weather was a problem, they made some changes. They were friendly but not wanting to be best friends, which was also good. They were all knowledgeable, and their English was good. Sometimes I had difficulty understanding, but that was the accent, not the command of the language. I very much appreciated you following up with us and calling us while we were there. It was a pleasure to speak with you and I really liked that you cared enough about our experience to contact us.

The phone was a fantastic part of the package and I liked that it was easy to top up minutes and that it was all handled by the guide.

Really, Karen, I don't think the trip could have been better, and I don't think I would have changed anything, either. It was indeed a shame that we didn't get to Xian, but we were so happy to be able to spend extra time in Beijing with our daughter. It was worth it to spend all those weeks planning with you to have the trip turn out so well. What a magnificent country you have!!

We will almost definitely be going back in 2014, and I will certainly be in touch for help in planning that visit. I hope you are still working for China Highlights then! :)
