Bajiang Scenic District

Bajiang Scenic district, situated 18km away from Sanjiang city is home to the mysterious Guishui Cave System, Chengniu Terraces, Badou ˇ°wind and rainˇ± Bridge and Mapang Drum tower.

Mapang Drum tower is a protected site and is the largest Dong drum tower. It's famous for its superb formation of multi-storied pagoda-like roofs and is constructed entirely without nails. It's a testimony to the unique architecture of the Dong nationality.
