Arrive in Beijing, meet your guide in the airport outside the customs after reclaim your luggage and transfer to your Beijing hotel.

Day 2

Beijing

The Forbidden City,Tiananmen Square,Hutong Tour in Xicheng District

After Breakfast, you will visit Tiananmen Square, the largest central square in Beijing, where many state ceremony and big events are held here. Walking northward from the square, you will come into the great world wonders of The Forbidden City, well-known for the hundreds year's imperial emperor palace complex. We will serve you an a la carte Chinese lunch at a approval local restaurant-countyard 7 restaurant. Then make the short trip back to the Hutong area where a rickshaw awaits to ride through the narrow alleys and passages.

Day 3

Beijing

The Mutianyu Great Wall(with round way cable car),Temple of Heaven

First visit Temple of Heaven. It is the place where emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties would offer sacrifice to heaven and pray for good harvests. Then drive all the way to the Mutianyu Great Wall. Lunch is at Xin Shuang Quan Restaurant near Mutianyu Great Wall. This garden style restaurant serves farmhouse dishes. After that we will visit the Great Wall - Mutianyu Section which is less crowed than other sections. Take a cable car to an opening section and walk up wide range of the wall as far as you can, and back down by cable car.

Day 4

Beijing to Guilin by Flight.

Elephant Trunk Hill,Reed Flute Cave

Catch the early flight to Guilin, meet your local guide upon your arrival. Your guide will take you to the Elephant Trunk Hill, a "must-see" site representative of Guilin landscape, lunch will arrange in a voted local restaurant-Mc Found, which is mainly serve wheat dishes. Then we head to Reed Flute Cave, The 500 meter long cave has thousands of stalagmites and stalactites and is the largest Karsts cave in this province.

Day 5

Guilin

Minority village and Longsheng Terraced Field

Today you will visit Longsheng Terraced Field and minority village which is a 2 hour drive from Guilin. The scenery along the way with its rice paddies, local villages and winding roads will provide an interesting drive. Longsheng Terraced Fields look like ribbons and stretch layer upon layer from the foot of the mountain to the top. Zhuang and Yao minority people have cultivated the fields using irrigation systems tracing back to the Yuan dynasty. Lunch is provided in a local restaurant which features local dishes. Visit the Zhuang and Yao minority villages to experience the unique ethnic cultures.

Guilin

Li River Cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo.

Start your Guilin tour by taking a Li River Cruise downstream to Yangshuo. The stunning river scenery last for the 3 hour cruise: shaped limestone peaks, verdant bamboo forests, crystal waters, narrow bamboo rafts and peaceful local villages pass silently by. A simple lunch is provided on board by the cruise company. The cruise arrives at Yangshuo and you have the chance to explore Yangshuo by yourself. Then return to Guilin by our private car.

Auch besonders erwähnen möchte ich die Hilfestellung, die Lissy uns angedeihen ließ. Ein von uns im Flugzeug vergessenes I-Pad wurde wiederbeschafft. Wir haben schon gar nicht mehr daran geglaubt. Auch hierfür nochmals ein herzliches " Danke schön ".

jetzt sind wir wieder zu Hause und sprechen immer wieder von unserer China-Reise und den unvergessenen Eindrücken. Fuer die kurze zur Verfuegung gestandene Zeit die Erwartungen übertroffen.
Landschaft Guilin, Terracotta-Armee in Xi-an, Verbotene Stadt, Chinesische Mauer sind uns sehr gut gefallen.Wir haben nur 3 Reiseführer kennen gelernt, Lan hervorragend!!! und ganz lieb ( unsere chinesische Enkelin ), Hans spricht etwas zu schnell, deshalb manchmal etwas schwer zu verstehen und Mi in Beijing auch ganz hervorragend. Die Fahrere sollen das Grosses Lob bekommen, alle sehr sicher und verkehrsbewusst.Alle Hotels entsprachen dem erwarteten Standard. Wir haben ausnahmslos chinesische Gerichte mit Appetit und Genuss gegessen. Die Hinterlegung einer Kaution in Xi-an und Beijing hat uns etwas verwundert

Fuer uns war die vorherige Rundreise mit Sohn und lieben chinesischen Schwiegertochter auch sehr interessant und sehenswert: Shanghai, Huang Shan ( gelber Berg ), Suchou ( Loewengarten und Tigerberg ), Hangzhou ( 1000 Insel-See ). Ich empfehlen Ihnen die andere Kunder zu organisieren.

Die Kriegerin Hua Mu Lan hat einen Ehrenplatz neben dem Terracotta-Soldaten und dem Jade-Buddha. Nochmals vielen Dank, auch an die Reiseleiter und vor allem an Lan, welche wir besonders in unser Herz geschlossen haben, nicht nur wegen dem Geburtstags-Geschenk.
