Guilin Culture

Guilin is situated in the northeast of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, right in the South side of the Hunan-Guangxi boarder, as a famous cultural city and one of the national tourist cities. Guilin has been enjoying a reputation of "Guilin Scenery is the best in the world". Guilin is also one of the 24 historical and cultural city in China. Guilin inhabit more than four minorities, Zhuang, Miao, Yao, Dong minority are most representatives, most of them remains keep its own customs, including clothing, festivals, food, religious beliefs, and even language and festivals, such as March Song Festival of the Zhuang, king of Yao celebration, Miao Lusheng (reed-pipe) Festival and Bull Fighting Festival, it attractive thousands of tourist visit every year.
