The standard booking window for China Railways is 15 days (including departure date). We recommend notifying us as soon as tickets become available (usually 8:00 or 10:00 AM local time) to secure your seats.

Q: What is the service fee?

We charge $USD6 per ticket. Additional fees may apply for delivery to your hotel or urgent changes – we will inform you in advance.

Q: What if tickets are sold out? Can you waitlist or get tickets?

We can submit an official waitlist request through the 12306 system. If any ticket becomes available, it will be automatically assigned. During peak seasons, we suggest providing alternative train numbers or travel dates.

Q: How do I get my ticket after booking?

We will send you the e‑ticket number. Board the train using your passport and that number (manual gate). If you need a paper receipt for reimbursement, you can print it at a station ticket machine or counter using your passport.
