To save you from any language hassle upon arrival, every one of our transfers comes with a dedicated English‑speaking guide. The guide will hold a sign to meet you, help with luggage, communicate with the driver, confirm your hotel address, and give you a brief introduction to Guilin along the way. You can simply relax in the car – no need to play interpreter.
2. After I arrive at my hotel, can I hire the same guide for a private tour of Guilin or Yangshuo?
Yes. You can either talk directly to the guide on the spot or contact our customer service to extend the guide’s service for a half‑day or full‑day tour. The guide knows all the major sights (Li River, Yulong River, Longji Terraces, Silver Cave, etc.) and can provide full English commentary and logistical support throughout the day.
